Yuvraj Singh's early life -

Yuvraj Singh was born on 12 December 1981 in a Punjabi family in Chandigarh. His father is Yograj Singh, who has been a former Indian cricketer as well as an actor in Punjabi films. Yuvraj Singh's mother is Shabnam Singh, and brother Zorawar Singh. Yuvraj Singh was interested in sports such as tennis and roller skating as a child and was also very good at it. He also won the National Under 14 Roller Skating Championship. He was more interested in these sports but his father did not want this. He forced Yuvraj to play cricket. Yuvraj Singh career-

Yuvraj Singh started his career at the age of 11 from Punjab Under-12s against Jammu and Kashmir-16s in November 1995-1996. After this, in 1996-1997, he played against Punjab Under-19s against Himachal Pradesh. Similarly, he played matches at national level in India till 2000. He then won the Player of the Tournament Award in 2000 under his all-round performance in the Under-19s Cricket World Cup, which India won under the captaincy of Mohammad Kaif.
